Payment System: All international transfers are subject to an additional 4% transaction fee.

Refund Policy

In case of registration cancellation, the following refund policy will apply:

a) Cancellation before March 30 – 20% of the registration fee will be deducted.

b) Cancellation between April 1 – April 30 – 30% of the registration fee will be deducted.

c) Cancellation between May 1 – May 30 – 40% of the registration fee will be deducted.

d) Cancellation between May 31 – June 7 – 50% of the registration fee will be deducted.

e) After June 7 – The registration fee is non-refundable.
